Depyrogenation
To kill pyrogen by heating at 200º C - 250º C is called Depyrogenation. In that process dry heat at 250º C for 30 minutes or 200º C for 1 hour is used to remove pyrogens from equipment’s and containers used for sterile product. Pyrogen killing is also related with time factor.
