•Arrange for supply of correct raw/packaging materials
•Control of validation, in-process controls & intermediates
•Finished products processed & checked to defined procedures
•Products produced to controlled and defined procedures
•Defined responsibilities
•Product stored, handled & distributed so that quality is maintained
