•Trained personnel
•Correct sampling methods
•Validation Testing Methods
•Any deviation fully recorded & investigated
•Review all results & documentation
•Sufficient maintained samples of beginning materials,
packaging materials and finished products
•All batches are reviewed and released by a qualified
person to approved procedures
•Records are kept of all sampling, inspecting and
testing procedures
•Product label checks
