Segregation:
Segregation means separating or setting apart. It is
the process to separate materials or products according to their nature for
avoiding mix-up and easy traceability. The process which takes place in the
formation of germ cells in which is each gamete receives only one of each pair
of genes. Separation of one product form other product to avoid contamination
and mix-up.
